Following endorsement of the Development Brief for the Marston Vale New Villages in March 2022, O&H Strategic Land has submitted an update to its Outline Planning Application to Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC). This covering letter explains the changes that have been made to the application.

The updated application and all its related papers can be found on Central Bedfordshire Council’s website using the planning application reference: 18/01969/OUT and the consultation runs to the end of June 2022.

As is usual at this stage of planning, this consultation is being run by the council, not by O&H.

Central Bedfordshire Council runs a Stakeholder Reference Group for representatives from the parishes covered by this application. O&H’s team has already briefed this group to explain the updated material.

O&H will work with Central Bedfordshire Council and relevant consultees to resolve any outstanding matters. The next formal stage of the planning process for Marston Valley will be for the council to consider the updated Outline Planning Application at its Development Management Committee.
