Yes. In accordance with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework and following the standard guidance provided by Historic England, a built heritage and historic landscape assessment was submitted with the outline planning application, along with an archaeological geophysical survey.
No part of the proposed development required listed building consent or scheduled monument consent, or falls within a designated area of heritage importance.
