How will O&H work with the local community in the planning process?
We have already benefited from discussions with local stakeholders in previous development proposals, and we have received useful suggestions and feedback as part of the public engagement programme at the start of 2018. So we want to really build on that.
We are also planning long-term management and governance across the development so that the quality and appearance of Marston Valley is looked after in perpetuity, very much like the principles of the Garden City movement.
