What carbon saving measures will be included in the scheme?
In accordance with emerging Local Plan policy we have committed to delivering a minimum of 10% of energy from renewable or low carbon sources at Marston Valley.
Carbon emissions will also be reduced by a high quality public transport network, direct bus connections to the closest railway stations, and by providing a comprehensive network of pedestrian and cycle routes which link key destinations within the area.
