YOUR QUESTIONS

What is the typical housing density?

The average density across each of the new villages is 35 dwellings per hectare (dph) which is based on an average of the existing villages in the Marston Vale. This is an average for the development and won’t be applied routinely throughout the scheme – some areas such as the village centres will have a higher density, whereas the areas of housing around the waterways and lakes and areas for self-build will be of a lower density.
