O&H Land is a major land owner, with land holdings exceeding 12,000 acres throughout England, mostly in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Its team of specialist planners and infrastructure engineers oversees the strategic promotion and management of these land holdings. O&H is not a housebuilder. It adopts a ‘master developer’ role – this means that it doesn’t build homes itself but puts in all the engineered and community infrastructure to enable a high-quality development. It takes a long-term approach to delivering value by building new communities which remain fantastic places to live, long into the future. It creates Design Codes and Site Briefs that are endorsed by local people and the local authority so that homes built by housebuilders are designed in accordance with the original vision.

David Lock Associates is an independent town planning, urban design and master planning consultancy based in Milton Keynes, owned by a trust on behalf of its employees. It has over 25 years’ experience in the development industry, and has worked with O&H Properties for many years to help it achieve its long-term vision for new communities.

Stantec is a global firm of designers, engineers, scientists, and project managers. Stantec provides innovative and trusted advice to O&H, to assist in creating successfully functioning communities.

The Landscape Partnership was established in 1986 and now has offices in Bedford, London, Norwich and Woodbridge (Suffolk). Projects are undertaken in all aspects of environmental design and planning and it has extensive experience in landscape architecture, urban design, environmental planning, ecological consultancy and arboricultural consultancy.

BSG Ecology is a leading independent ecological consultancy. It provides a complete ecology service, from fieldwork and baseline survey to impact assessment, biodiversity management, project design and expert witness advice.

Land Research Associates specialises in all aspects of soil science, land quality and rural land use. Comprehensive knowledge and skills in soil survey, soil physics and soil hydrology are used to assist in the planning and management of infrastructure and development projects, reclamation of despoiled land, habitat protection and the recycling of wastes to land.

Associated Surveying Consultants is a chartered surveying practice with specialist expertise in land, minerals and geomatics.

Bidwells is a property consultancy which works on a wide range of development projects, from single phase developments to mixed-use urban extensions and new settlements. It also works at a strategic, local government level, feeding into new local plans and planning obligation negotiations, with much its work concentrated in the areas between Oxford and Cambridge.

Lighthouse Planning Ltd provides interim management expertise and contract town planning consultancy to local planning authorities, and strategic land and town planning consultancy to private developers, housebuilders and charities.
