What are the plans for new homes?
The Marston Valley proposal is for approximately 5,000 homes in a series of new villages which would be built over 20 years. We will also like to invest in substantial amounts of new open space including woodland and waterways, as well as shops, community facilities, schools, healthcare facilities and employment to support new and existing residents.
