WHAT WOULD YOU DREAM INTO EXISTENCE FOR MARSTON VALLEY?

This programme of public engagement on proposals for Marston Valley is being carried out by O&H Properties Ltd. This is separate from Central Bedfordshire Council’s consultation on its Local Plan.

Our aim is to provide you with background information about O&H’s ideas, which are fully aligned with the Council’s plans for growth in the area, and to put in place multiple means by which you can comment on the evolving proposals.

We would like to engage with local people and groups on a wide range of issues including public transport, the types of new homes needed, employment opportunities, village names, and the specific community and leisure facilities which the scheme can deliver.

Comments and ideas from local people are very important to us in developing a scheme which is right for the area. All are welcome to take part, although in analysing the results we will pay particular regard to those living locally.

The opportunities to comment on the plans will run until Friday 2 March, with ongoing engagement with the local community continuing over the longer term.

The feedback provided will help inform an outline planning application which will be submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council once the responses have been fully considered and where appropriate can be taken on board to improve the emerging scheme. The results will be displayed on this website and referenced in the Statement of Community Involvement accompanying the planning application.
