What proportion of the scheme will be affordable housing?
The proportion of affordable housing will comply with the Council’s policy, so will be 30%. We have been using our engagement with local people to discuss the type of housing they feel is needed locally and we are keen to look at a range of options in relation to local need, including accommodation for older people and starter homes. We are also in discussion with the Council about their aspirations for new build Council homes.
